Return & Refund Policy – Domestic Orders (U.S.)
At No Play LLC, your satisfaction matters. Please review our updated policy:
Return Window You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be applied to your account within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
If you paid using Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, or PayPal, please note that store credit will still be issued by No Play LLC. Any adjustments to your installment plan will be handled directly by your payment provider.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Here's how exchange shipping works:
- We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for your exchange (covered by your original shipping fee)
- We can exchange your item for the same or similar item of equal value (subject to availability)
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
- We'll ship your replacement item to you at no additional charge
- Socks, undergarments, swimwear, and undershirts are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged
Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective or damaged
Email dandatransit@gmail.com with photos of the item within 7 days of delivery. We'll review your claim and issue store credit if approved.
Sizing Responsibility Not sure about your size? Contact us at dandatransit@gmail.com before ordering — we're happy to help! Standard return eligibility applies to size-related returns. Customers are responsible for confirming their size prior to purchase.
Final Sale Items Due to hygiene and safety standards, socks, undergarments, swimwear, and undershirts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Custom items, gift cards, and personal care goods are also non-returnable.
International Returns – Store Credit Only
For orders shipped outside the United States, we accept returns for store credit only. Exchanges are not available for international orders.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
Duties and Taxes: Original import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not refundable by No Play LLC. You may contact your local customs office to ask if these charges can be reclaimed.
Approval Required: Please email dandatransit@gmail.com to request approval before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Unapproved Returns: Packages sent without proper customs documentation or marked "cash on delivery" will be refused.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dandatransit@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will review your claim and issue store credit if approved.
