Delivery Times Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 3–6 business days. Estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Shipping Method We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used depends on package weight and destination. Tracking information is provided once your order ships. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Holiday & Weekend Processing Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Possible delays may occur due to holidays.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on destination and service selected. Some remote locations may take up to 30 business days.
Delivery and Package Security Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), No Play LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Your Responsibility: When the carrier leaves your package, it becomes your responsibility. We are not liable for packages stolen from porches, mailboxes, or other delivery locations after the carrier has completed delivery.
Protect Your Delivery: We strongly encourage all customers to:
- Track your shipment using the tracking number provided
- Arrange to be home when your package is scheduled for delivery
- Provide a safe delivery address where packages can be secured
- Consider alternative delivery locations such as your workplace or a trusted neighbor
- Request signature confirmation at checkout if you're concerned about package theft (additional fee applies)
- Add specific delivery instructions during checkout
Holiday Season Warning: Package theft significantly increases during the holiday season. Please take extra precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
If Your Package Is Stolen: Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. No Play LLC cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
